No smoking is allowed in rooms.
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the entire premises of the guest house.
Please be respectful to other guests at the guest house.
No loud noise from TV’s, guests talking to each other, music, car sound systems, etc are allowed after 9pm on or around the premises of the guest house.
Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises of the guest house.
No eating is allowed in rooms. Please request from staff to be seated in dining area.
No cooking is allowed in rooms.
Failure to adhere to the above rules, constitutes cancellation of your booking, and we have the right to ask you to vacate the premises. No refund will be issued in this case.
Check-in: 14:00 to 19:00
Check-out: 10:00
Earlier or later check-in times can be arranged on request. Please call us to arrange this.
No refunds applicable for late check-in or early check-out.
Handing in your room keys to reception constitutes check-out.
Unless arranged prior, guests not showing up on check-in date, will constitute a cancellation of the entire booking, and no refunds will be issued in this case.
Rooms are only booked once payment is made.
Payment needs to be cleared by our bank before payment is regarded as having been made.
No guest will be allowed to check-in without payment being made for the entire duration of their stay.
If a guest chooses not to pay in advance for a booking of more than 1 night, then payment for the following night/s needs to be made at check-out time of the first night. If not, the guest will have to check-out for that night.
If booking is cancelled:
0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of booking value;
8-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of booking value;
15-21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of booking value;
21+ days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of booking value.
